Returns & Refund Policy

1. Who We Are and What We Sell

WChampFX was founded by Dan Cheung. Everything taught and sold through WChampFX is drawn entirely from Dan’s personal journey as a trader — the years of trial and error, the lessons learned from real losses, and the strategies and mindset shifts that eventually led to consistent profitability.

WChampFX sells educational content only. Our products include:

• Pre-recorded online trading courses

• Live virtual bootcamps and masterclasses hosted by Dan

• Downloadable workbooks, guides, and supplementary learning materials

• Access to community and educational membership portals

What you are buying is Dan’s knowledge, experience, and perspective — packaged into a structured learning programme. You are not buying a financial service, a trading signal, investment advice, or a guaranteed result. You are buying education.

2. The Nature of Educational Content

Trading education — like any education — teaches concepts, frameworks, and approaches. What any individual does with that education is entirely their own decision and responsibility.

Dan shares what has worked for him and what he has observed over years of active trading. The material reflects his personal experience and is presented as such. It is not tailored to any individual’s financial situation, risk appetite, or personal circumstances.

WChampFX does not:

• Give personal investment or financial advice

• Recommend specific trades or positions to individual customers

• Manage money on behalf of customers

• Promise, imply, or guarantee any financial return or trading outcome

Trading carries significant risk. The fact that Dan has developed a profitable approach through years of experience does not mean every student will replicate those results. Markets are unpredictable. Outcomes depend on the individual’s discipline, risk management, capital, and market conditions — none of which WChampFX controls.

3. No-Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

Because WChampFX sells digital educational content, all sales are final once access has been granted. This is consistent with how educational products work across the industry and reflects the fact that, once accessed, the content cannot be ‘returned’.

No refund will be issued on the basis of:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Failure to engage with or complete the course material

• Disappointment with personal trading results after completing the programme

• A belief that the content ‘did not work’ for you — outcomes depend on individual application

• Advice from a third party that the purchase was inadvisable

• Financial difficulty arising after the date of purchase

• A claim that the course constitutes a regulated financial service — it does not

You are purchasing access to Dan’s education — years of experience distilled into a course. That knowledge is transferred the moment access is granted. Just as you cannot return a university lecture you have attended, you cannot return digital educational content once it has been made available to you.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered

WChampFX will consider a refund only in the following narrow circumstances:

WChampFX is unable to provide access to the purchased product within 14 days of purchase due to a fault on our part, and no reasonable alternative has been offered.

Duplicate charge

A customer is charged twice for the same product in the same transaction, confirmed by payment records.

Product not as described

The product is demonstrably and materially different from what was stated in the product listing at the time of purchase, and no content has been accessed.

All refund requests must be submitted to info@wchampfx.com within 7 days of purchase, with your full name, order reference, and a clear explanation. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered.

5. WChampFX Is Not a Financial Services Provider

Dan Cheung is a trader and educator. WChampFX is an education business. The courses, bootcamps, and materials we sell are an expression of Dan’s personal experience and knowledge — they are not financial products, and purchasing them does not create a financial services relationship between you and WChampFX.

No contract entered into with WChampFX can be challenged on the basis that we were required to hold a financial services licence. We are not required to hold one. Teaching trading is not a regulated activity. It is education.

Any attempt to void a purchase agreement on regulatory grounds will be robustly defended. We retain the right to recover all legal costs incurred in doing so.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at info@wchampfx.com. We will always try to resolve issues directly and fairly.

If a chargeback is raised without prior contact, or is found to be unjustified, WChampFX reserves the right to dispute it in full using purchase records, access logs, and checkout acceptance confirmations. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended.

7. Your Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase from WChampFX you confirm that:

• You understand you are purchasing educational content based on Dan Cheung’s personal trading experience

• You accept that results from applying this education vary and are not guaranteed

• You agree that all sales are final once access is granted

• You acknowledge that WChampFX is an education provider and not a financial services firm

• You agree to contact WChampFX directly before raising any dispute or chargeback
